Thorough Site Inspections
We perform weekly job inspections to make sure that the specification is being followed. This gives us the opportunity to catch any errors or missteps before they become issues at the completion of the job. Proper surface preparation, wet mil thickness checks, proper use of primers and topcoats, all go into your weekly inspection report. This report is distributed to the property management company or the community owner as they’re completed. As the project wraps up, your PPG Paints representative will perform a final walk with your painter and general contractor to ensure that all surfaces meet the surface preparation and specification criteria.
